ICP SIGNS LICENSING AGREEMENT FOR ORANGINA

Ho Chi Minh City – March 5, 2009. Today, International Consumer Products Corporation (ICP) announced the licensing agreement between ICP and Schweppes International Limited. According to the agreement, ICP’s subsidiary - Multinational Food and Beverage Corporation – will hold exclusive license of manufacturing, marketing and distributing Orangina product in Vietnam and other 9 ASEAN countries including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

Mr. Le Trung Thanh, CEO of ICP commented upon the event, “At present, ICP is at its best condition in terms of infrastructure and human resource. We have a professional, modern and transparent management system. However, in my opinion, it is our qualified people and our culture of “commitment to success together” of ICP that has made great impression on Schwepps International Limited and helped us to win their trust promptly.”

Regarding Orangina’s owner, in the recent time, International Schwepps Limited has been looking for a new qualified partner to help repositioning Orangina brand in South East Asia market in general and in Vietnam in particular. Schweppes International Limited confirmed that they would provide their best support to ICP to promote Orangina brand in Vietnam. “We strongly believe that the cooperation between ICP and International Schwepps Limited this time will not only bring about benefits to the two company but also to loyal consumers of Orangina.”, said Mr. Vincent Robert, President of Schweppes International Limited.

The strategic partnership with Schweppes International Limited in early 2009 reveals ICP’s determination and confidence in pursuing its long term plan including the penetration in to beverage market. The licensing agreement has officially marked ICP’s entrance in to the new business.
